We process account data such as your email address, profile settings, plan and authentication identifiers; billing metadata such as a Stripe or App Store customer reference; product usage such as request times, models used, token counts and device information; and content you submit when using Satcove.
Signed-in conversations and generated answers are stored when needed to provide chat history, sharing, memory and account export. Guest prompts and answers are sent to an AI provider to answer the request, but Satcove guest analytics retain only content-free measurements such as lengths, language, country, models used and a daily rotating pseudonymous network identifier.
Signed-in quality and operational analytics may contain automatically identifier-scrubbed excerpts. Automated stripping reduces exposure but can miss contextual or unusual identifiers, so do not submit secrets that are not required for the request.
Privacy Shield is available on all plans and is controlled from Settings. When enabled on a supported text flow, it attempts to replace common identifiers such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, account numbers and medical identifiers before model calls, then restores placeholders in the result locally where supported.
Privacy Shield is an additional minimization control, not a guarantee that every identifier will be detected, not end-to-end encryption, and not a legal or regulatory certification. Images and some tool flows may require separate processing and are not necessarily covered by text anonymization.
Requests may be processed by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Mistral, Perplexity or xAI depending on the selected feature and available panel. Satcove also uses Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting and serverless execution, Stripe and app stores for payments, AWS SES for transactional email, and Moresq for first-party product analytics and data-resolution features.
Satcove does not use your conversations to train a Satcove foundation model. External providers process data under their commercial API terms and configured data controls; their processing locations and limited abuse-monitoring retention can vary.
When you submit a URL, Satcove may retrieve its public content. Uploaded files may be parsed in your browser or on Satcove infrastructure and relevant extracted content may be sent to AI providers. Satcove does not intentionally keep the original upload as a permanent file object, but extracted content can appear in a stored conversation or identifier-scrubbed operational record.
Health, legal and financial questions may contain sensitive data and are processed like other conversation content; they are not automatically exempt from history or retention. Enable Privacy Shield, remove unnecessary identifiers and do not use Satcove as a replacement for a qualified professional or emergency service.
You can export your account data, clear conversation history, update profile information and permanently delete your account in Settings. Account deletion removes Satcove operational records linked to the user, including conversations, memories, analytics, device tokens, shared links and agent state. Stripe, Apple, Google or other processors may retain payment or fraud-prevention records independently where law requires.
Depending on your location, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction or objection. Use the in-app controls or contact us; we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
